Jevon Goode

Pastor/Founder

Pastor Jevon is a native of Panama City, Florida. A child prodigy, he began playing various musical instruments at age 5 and began his quest into his destiny. His parents also recognized that anointing and raised him in the church.

He graduated in 1992 from Enterprise High School where he was voted most gifted. He continued his education at such schools as Enterprise State Junior College, (IMI) International Miracle Institute, ZoeBible Training College, Berkly and Auburn University. He values the importance of education and has committed himself to being a life-long learner. He is currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Theology.

Pastor J is a 3rd generation pastor. He is Founder and Senior Pastor of Destiny Church in Dothan, Alabama established in 2004. He was ordained under (PHIPA) Potter’s House International Pastoral Alliance by Bishop T. D. Jakes on September 23, 2006.

During one of his preaching engagements on the campus of Auburn University in 1994, came (MIA) Ministries In Action and still exists today. He has written and published countless worship songs that are leading churches across the nation into God's presence. He has ministered the Word of God and sang to audiences in conferences, seminars, and revivals all over the country. Jevon Goode

He has graced the platform with great men of God such as Rod Parsley, Oral Roberts, Creflo Dollar, and the list goes on. He has opened, in concert, for such artists as John P. Kee, Vickie Winans, also Slim and the Supreme Angels.

Pastor J is the recipient of the Best New Artist Award 2003 Judah Praise and Worship Conference. He is truly a warrior spiritually and naturally. He is a Jevon Goode member of the Risen Son Martial Arts Association (a Christian Karate Association). He has received several awards, one of which is Top Ranking at the karate competition in Jacksonville, FL.

His greatest accomplishment is his family. He has been married to his high school sweetheart, Vivian for 14 years. They have two wonderful little girls, Shekinah and Madison, their pride and joy.
